Delphic Research Group Inc. (“Delphic Research”) is pleased to announce that Brett Serjeantson has joined the team as Senior Counsellor, Customer Experience and Data Insights, effective February 21.
Brett is the founder and visionary architect of the media monitoring and analysis service MediaMiser, which transformed the communications industry in 2003, by taking media analysis from a manual to the digital world.
Inspired by the combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as the data-led and human-first approach of Delphic Research, Brett has returned to the sector to support President and CEO, Jason Grier, and the team build the company as the next market leader in the regulatory knowledge space.
Delphic Research clients understand that data, when strategically captured and analysed in ways that are tailored to their business, has the potential to drive success and deliver competitive advantage. In his role, Brett will work directly with Delphic Research’s Product and Data Analysis teams to support clients on this mission. Together, they will work to address customer feedback and requests to turn their industry and sector-specific data into insights and knowledge.
Brett will help drive the development of new product packages and service streams that will support government relations, public affairs, and public relations practitioners better track and understand the issues they are responsible for and care about, in real time.
Brett sold MediaMiser to Innodata, a NASDAQ listed company, and left the organization in 2017. Since then, he has focused on continued studies in data sciences and AI, and also founded Generation Gig as an incubator project to test new theories and analysis tools.
