Job responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with some experience in branding strategies through digital advertising, content creation, and social media management as well and managing the digital needs of a small sales team through event coordination, sales funnel reporting and our client relationship tools. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn advertising, and proficiency in using HubSpot and ZoomInfo. This role requires working across a blended team of contractors and employees in sales, communication and content creation, and requires a blend of business management, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including Google AdWords campaigns and LinkedIn advertising, to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Coordinate social media strategies across various platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and establish positive public relations.
  • Support the development of and distribution of a consistent plan of high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, email marketing campaigns, and both marketing and sales performance tracking.
  • Leverage ZoomInfo and Hubspot for market research, lead generation, and database management.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and sales progress using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with our key third party media partner, external consulting agencies and technology vendors as required to execute and evaluate marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Assist in the organization, attendance and evaluation of physical and virtual events, webinars, or workshops, utilizing platforms like Zoom
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and sales trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation
