Job title: Technology Analyst

Hourly wage rate to be paid to each participant: 17.00

Number of weeks requested for each participant: 16

Number of hours per week requested for each participant: 35.00

Anticipated start date: 2024 - 05 - 06

The Technology Analyst will work with our Architect and Technology Lead to leverage new and emerging automation and AI technology solutions to meet our Argus Platform needs. They do this by working on design and implementing functional and cost-efficient technology components into the platform. The role will document user requirements and oversee system upgrades. In doing this the role will communicate with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, develop and analyze functional specifications, and coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions.

Job responsibilities

Role requirements:

  • Work with the team to implement software and systems enhancements, including suggesting and prototyping new functionality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors in support of software and systems.
  • Plan for and maintain technical work backlog and provide status reports to leadership team.
  • Develop, groom and execute on a product roadmap with your scrum team.
  • Work with clients to understand existing business processes and contribute to new processes and system designs.
  • Work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and act as a key resource of assigned team.
  • Utilize knowledge and skills to effect positive change in all areas of software and systems.
  • Seek subject matter expertise on software and systems setup, data integrity, business process design, security, report writing and data analysis.
  • Develop user-procedures, guidelines and documentation on new processes and functionality.
  • Partner with the information technology team to provide support to organizational projects.
  • Conduct research, lead projects, and participate as a hands-on contributor towards the successful implementation of various department initiatives.
  • Demonstrate problem solving techniques to identify issues and take corrective actions to resolve.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing, change management and operations teams to ensure your product's success.
