Delphic Research is delighted to welcome Nusaiba Rakhshan as Systems and Automation Analyst, joining us for a co-op placement from the University of Toronto.
Nusaiba is pursuing her degree in Computer Engineering at U of T, where she has focused on software development and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React, in addition to many other languages and frameworks such as C/C++, Python, SQL, and more.
She has already built a strong track record as a webmaster for several student clubs, maintaining both the front and back ends of their websites, and contributing her design and editorial skills to projects like the 2022 student handbook and the 2025 orientation website. Her versatility extends beyond code: as a graphic designer and illustrator, she brings a rare ability to merge technical skill with visual creativity.
Her leadership and advocacy for inclusivity in STEM are equally noteworthy. While in high school, Nusaiba founded the Girls Game Development Club to introduce coding and game design in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. By creating a space for young women to explore technology, she helped address a gap where few female students previously felt encouraged to participate in STEM initiatives.
At Delphic, Nusaiba will collaborate with our data science, knowledge services, and engineering teams to scale automation across the enterprise and enhance our Argus platform. Her appointment reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, technical innovation, and building diverse teams that bring fresh talent and perspectives to the forefront.
Beyond her academic and professional work, Nusaiba is passionate about visual art and design, constantly exploring new ways to unite creativity with technology. We are thrilled to welcome her to Delphic as we continue advancing our mission of elevating government affairs through knowledge.
