Delphic Research Group Inc. (“Delphic Research”) is thrilled to welcome Siri Rama to our growing team as Manager, Knowledge Services, effective immediately. In this role, Siri will work closely with the CEO and team across a wide range of functions, supporting both internal and client-facing applications of our knowledge platform, Argus. From product development and customer success to business development and strategic initiatives, Siri will play a key role in helping Delphic expand into new industry verticals.
Siri brings a formidable blend of front-line lobbying expertise, research experience, and client-first discipline to Delphic Research’s mission of turning political, regulatory, and policy intelligence into customized actionable insights. With formal training in policy analysis and economics, Siri holds degrees from Queen’s University’s School of Policy Studies and the University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Delphic, Siri was a lobbyist at Sussex Strategy, where he advised clients in highly regulated sectors on navigating government. His earlier experience in the federal public service provided him with unique insider perspectives on the machinery of government and policy development.
Outside the office, Siri has volunteered on election campaigns at all levels of government, contributing to message development and grassroots mobilization. He is an avid cyclist and a seeker of Toronto’s coziest coffee shops. Siri’s passion for purpose-driven work and his drive to positively impact others align powerfully with Delphic Research vision and culture.
