The federal government is inviting Canadians to help shape Budget 2026 through its annual pre-budget consultations, with individuals and organizations encouraged to share their ideas on strengthening economic growth, improving affordability and supporting the future workforce. Canadians can participate by completing an online questionnaire or submitting formal recommendations until Sept. 8, 2026, ahead of the federal government’s fall budget.
