Public Health Ontario will host a PHO Rounds webinar examining how public health organizations can strengthen antimicrobial stewardship and combat antimicrobial resistance through coordinated, system-wide strategies. Drawing on the United Kingdom’s experience, the session will highlight successful stewardship initiatives, surveillance programs and partnerships while exploring how these approaches could be adapted to improve AMR responses in Ontario and other jurisdictions.
