The Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario (SCAGO) will host the Sickle Cell Disease Summit 2026, bringing together patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers and community partners to explore the theme, “From Breakthroughs to Better Lives: Transforming Care Across the Sickle Cell Journey.” The event will feature keynote addresses, health system updates, research presentations and concurrent sessions focused on translating scientific advances into equitable, patient-centered care and improving outcomes for people living with sickle cell disease across Canada.
