With over 25 years of senior leadership experience at the intersection of health strategy, policy, and communications, Janine brings exceptional expertise in helping organizations navigate complex change. Her career spans influential roles across Canada’s public, non-profit, and private health sectors — including executive leadership at multi-site hospitals in Ontario, where she led communications and public affairs through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Janine has spearheaded communications and engagement strategies for major strategic plans, capital expansions, digital health transformation, and system integrations. As Chief Communications and External Affairs at North York General Hospital, she also served as Executive Lead for the North York Toronto Health Partners Ontario Health Team — collaborating with over 20 healthcare partners to advance integrated care for a population of 500,000.

Her previous leadership roles include Cancer Care Ontario, the Toronto Central LHIN, and the Ontario Ministry of Health, where she served on both the political and civil service sides of government. As a Principal at Santis Health, she was a trusted advisor to a wide range of healthcare clients.

Janine’s deep understanding of health systems, stakeholder engagement, and public policy makes her an invaluable part of our team as we expand our platform’s reach and impact.

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (Public Policy and Administration) from the University of Toronto and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Community Support Association.
