Meet Marwan El Fayoumi
Associate Product Development Manager, Delphic Academy
Delphic Research is pleased to welcome Marwan El Fayoumi to our team as Associate Product Development Manager for the Delphic Academy our applied learning platform designed to help professionals deepen their understanding of government systems, policymaking environments, and public sector decision-making.
In his role, Marwan is helping shape the early development of a new, integrated learning and knowledge platform that advances Delphic’s mission of elevating government affairs through knowledge. The Delphic Academy will serve as the umbrella for our educational programming, encompassing a wide range of offerings including:
- A dynamic content and learning management platform
- Briefing notes and backgrounders
- Video explainers and webinars
- Live events and interactive learning experiences
Marwan’s work is instrumental in building the strategic framework and foundational content architecture of the Academy creating a resource that supports continuous learning and professional development for government affairs professionals.
Marwan holds a Specialist degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Delphic Research, he worked with Egypt’s Ministry of International Cooperation as a policy analyst, evaluating major infrastructure projects through both policy and fiscal lenses. His experience spans economic development, national priorities, and regional geopolitics.
He has also contributed to the NATO Association of Canada as a writer and podcast host, covering topics from nuclear proliferation in the Middle East to the civil war in Myanmar. His interviews include high-profile guests such as the Commander of the Royal Canadian Navy and several NATO ambassadors.
Marwan is the creator of the Udemy course Analytical Thinking Applied to Geopolitics, which introduces structured analytical techniques to help general audiences make sense of global shifts and policy debates.
Outside of work, Marwan enjoys reading, boxing, traveling, and meeting new people. We’re thrilled to have him on board as we continue building new learning and advisory tools for the government affairs professionals of tomorrow.
