Delphic Research

To the team at Sanofi in Canada

Dear James,

It was a pleasure to meet you and to discuss our offering to life sciences customers in Canada. We think we have built something of value to organizations trying their best to navigate the increasingly volatile and complex world of policy, regulation, and stakeholder/competitor dynamics of today. You and your team have a tough job; we want to make that easier.

The Executive Daily Briefing—Four Minutes to Start Your Day is the core channel our customers rely on each morning. At 7:30 a.m., our customers receive a concise, four-minute briefing that brings together the issues, people, events, and policy, political, and regulatory changes most relevant to them. Each briefing is tailored to the their business, reflecting their priorities and risk exposure. In four minutes, they are oriented to what matters today—so they can enter meetings, decisions, and conversations informed, prepared, and ahead of what’s coming.

Meet Argus – Our Proprietary Knowledge Engine

Argus is at the heart of that. Argus allows us to monitor thousands of unique sources where information of relevance might emerge and then process critical intelligence it finds into actionable information – and with the ability to deliver that in many different formats, co-created with our customers.

Why now

There has never been a more important time for government affairs professionals to lean into the intelligence they need to serve their clients and principals.  We are currently living through an incredible period of policy uncertainty and volatility.  At the same time, we have also seen an increase in governments’ willingness to act through increased regulation as well as various other instruments of state power.  In fact, in just the first few years of this decade, G20 countries introduced 40% more new regulations per year than in the decade previous.  Furthermore, a 2024 Grant Thornton Survey (UK) found that 77% of respondents anticipated even more regulatory obligations in the future.

Again, thank you so much for taking the time to meet with me. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to continue our discussion and to see if there is some scenario where Delphic and Sanofi Canada might work together soon. With sincere best wishes,

With sincere best wishes
Jason Grier
