Janine joins Delphic with over 25 years of senior leadership experience at the intersection of health strategy, policy, and communications. Her career spans Canada’s public, non-profit, and private health sectors, where she has consistently guided organizations through complex change and transformation.
Most recently, Janine served as an executive at multi-site hospitals in Ontario, where she led communications and public affairs throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Her work supported major strategic initiatives including capital expansions, digital health transformation, and system integrations — all while navigating one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.
As Chief Communications and External Affairs at North York General Hospital, Janine also served as Executive Lead for the North York Toronto Health Partners Ontario Health Team. Over four years, she helped advance integrated care for a population of 500,000, working in partnership with more than 20 healthcare and academic organizations, patients, and community members.
Janine’s previous leadership roles include Cancer Care Ontario, the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network, and the Ontario Ministry of Health, where she contributed on both the political and civil service sides of government. As a Principal at Santis Health, she advised a wide range of healthcare and life sciences clients, bringing strategic insight and deep sector knowledge to every engagement.
Her appointment reflects Delphic’s commitment to building a world-class team of experts who understand the nuances of policy, stakeholder engagement, and system-level change. Janine’s experience will be instrumental as we continue to expand our platform’s impact across health and life sciences — and beyond.
Outside of her professional work, Janine is passionate about community service and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Community Support Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (Public Policy and Administration) from the University of Toronto.
